Since ORION is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product downloaded. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
- We cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you by opening a ticket. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds will also be issued if our plugins are unable to work as advertised to the satisfaction of the customers.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product.
